1978 MGB Roadster. Manual / Overdrive. Blaze with Grey leather upholstery. This beautiful MGB was originally a rubber bumper model but was professionally converted to chrome bumper in 2014 whilst being refurbished. It was upgraded with Minilite style alloy wheels and bespoke full grey leather upholstery. The cylinder head was also removed and completely rebuilt for unleaded fuel with the invoice on file and a stainless steel exhaust fitted. A wood rim steering wheel completes the look of this very cool roadster. The bodywork, interior, hood and chrome work are all in outstanding condition and this MG is a real credit to its previous keeper of 7 years. Mechanically the car is also very strong and completed a 120 mile drive to us without any problems whatsoever, the engine having excellent oil pressure and an overdrive gearbox operating correctly in 3rd and 4th gears. Although now mot and tax exempt the car has a current mot through to June 2024 with no advisories. Accompanying the MGB is a large history file containing many bills and invoices as well as lots of old mot certificates. Just waiting to be enjoyed in new hands this MGB would be welcome and any classic car show and is a great starter classic and a car that any enthusiast would be proud to own.
